I wanted to follow up to say thank you for quick, courteous, effective service. I called Saturday when I discovered my ac unit was not functioning properly. I received a call back from the owner who ensured me that someone would come out that day. That was a big relief because although the other unit was operating, I did not want to contemplate going through the weekend without a fully cooled home.
Joseph was the technician dispatched for the job. From the time he rung the doorbell until the time he left, he was very professional and on task. He immediately identified the issue and in less than an hour, the unit was functioning again.
